Some information for your stay

Check in & Check out

The rooms are ready for occupance on your day of arrival from 2 pm on. Please check out on your depature day until 11 am. For late arrivel or early departure we charge the agreed price.

Pets

We charge € 12.- per night (withour feed), if required we also charge € 30.- for a final cleaning. No entrance for pets in our dining-hall, wellness area and to our garden.

Other information

For double rooms "Serlesblick" used as single rooms we charge a single supplement of € 25.- per night. Rooms without breakfast - minus € 8.- per person/night. You can settle your invoice by cash, with bank card, VISA or Mastercard.

Cancellation

The AGBH (General Terms an Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry, Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) apply to our establishment.
That means:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking. From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking. When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking. For no-show, delayed arrival or early departure we charge the total cost of your booking.
