Haflinger horses

For a long time Tyrolean Haflinger horser were used to bring all goods to the mountain huts and alms. Horses were also used to help supply our "Innsbrucker Hut" on an altitude of 2.369 m. For that reason our family has a close link to this beautiful animals.

Josef Hofer established in the year 1994 the stud farm and build a stable and a riding course just next to the hotel Stubaierhof.

Two 1A mares were the beginning of this succesful stud farm, in the meantime we are proud about some very good results.

Of course, you are cordially invited to visit our "blondes" and talk to the breeder personally.

FREE horse riding for kids!

We invite all of our children (Hotel Stubaierhof & Fuxhof) to enjoy our free and guided horse riding three times a week. (only in summer)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 16:00 and 18:00 hours. Of course, all kids are invited to visit and help in the stable every day.

excusive and private guided horse riding:

- 1 hour: € 50,- (guide plus 1 person) or € 90,- (guide plus 2 persons)

- 2 hours: € 90,- (guide plus 1 person) or € 160,- (guide plus 2 persons)
